ROTC/JROTC Awards of Merit MOWW's ROTC/JROTC Award of Merit Program annually recognizes cadet excellence by presenting MOWW Awards of Merit at ROTC/JROTC awards ceremonies. Companions from COS Chapter recently presented awards to outstanding high school and college JROTC/ROTC Students who were recommended by their senior military instructors.
